Edit / Cancel My Order

Order Cancellation: You have until noon to cancel an order placed in the morning and until midnight to cancel an order placed in the afternoon by visiting this portal (and for any order placed over the weekend, you have until midnight on Sunday). We will then immediately refund your credit card. And if you placed an exchange order, we will reactivate your exchange code.

Order Changes: You cannot make changes to the details of an order (address, items, etc.) once it has been confirmed, BUT you can cancel it (see the previous paragraph) and place a new order immediately.
