My payment isn't going through

Sorry, but that's beyond our control :( Here are the main causes of payment issues that we recommend you check:

• Did you perhaps make a mistake when entering your information? For example, make sure the expiration date is correct and that your first and last names are in the same order as they appear on your credit card.
• Has your credit card expired?
• Is there insufficient funds in your account, or have you exceeded your payment limit?
• Have you not completed the 3D Secure verification?

If you don't see any issues with these four points, please be patient and contact your banker...
