Do you have a physical store where customers can try on clothes?

Yes, we have a store in Paris: 4 Rue Barbette, in the Marais. It's open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. without a break (it's often very crowded on Saturdays, so if you'd like a quieter experience, it's best to come during the week).

How can I tell if the item I want is available in the store?

Just go to the product page and click on the size of your choice: if it says "This size is also available in-store," you're all set!

Can I reserve an item of clothing in-store?

We understand: before you come in, you want to be 100% sure that the item will still be available in the right size and color. We usually have enough stock in-store so that you don’t need to reserve an item. But if necessary, we can set an item aside for you: email us at hello@loom.fr.

Can I pick up my purchases in-store using a "click-and-collect" system?

Unfortunately, no. Because it wouldn't do you much good: our store isn't very big, and you'll find the clothes you're looking for in no time. Besides, you want to try them on in the fitting room, don't you?

Can I exchange my clothes in the store?

No problem. If the item you received at home doesn't fit, you can stop by the store to try it on and exchange it or request a refund: all you need is your order number or the email address you used to place the order on the website. And if you placed the order in-store, please bring your receipt.

Can I go to the store to have my garment repaired or altered?

No, sorry. We don't offer alteration or repair services—we probably wouldn't do a better job than your local tailor. But we can recommend people who can do that for you if needed.

There's a problem with my garment. Can I bring it to the store?

If you have a problem with an item of clothing, please let us know first by filling out this form. We will respond within 24 hours to offer you a suitable solution.

Why did you open a store?

That's a great question. Why bother with a brick-and-mortar store when our online store is already profitable? We answer that in this article.

Will you ever open a store in my town?

That’s unlikely. We don’t really plan on filling France with Loom stores—the country’s city centers already look pretty much the same as it is. If you don’t live in Paris, we know it’s not ideal for you. The good news is that we’ve chosen a very central location (in the Marais) so it’s easy to stop by if you’re in town. Whether it’s in two weeks or two years, our clothes will still be here.
