Isn't saying "Women's Locker Room" a little sexist?

It's true that your style doesn't determine which pieces you can wear at Loom: proof of that is that Julia (the co-founder) wears all the so-called "men's" pieces.

But then why not make a unisex locker room?

Because, aside from Julia, there aren’t many women who like to wear pieces from our “men’s” line (and we won’t even get started on men who want to wear our “women’s” line). This isn’t surprising: the fashion industry has conditioned us to expect different cuts based on gender. And, to be completely honest, we’re not influential enough—nor talented enough—to invent and popularize a unisex clothing style. So, we make a “men’s” line and a “women’s” line.

Yeah, but why call it that? 

Because we couldn't come up with a better name to describe styles that leave room for the bust, hips, etc. But if you have a better idea, let us know at hello@loom.fr
