My clothes have become rough after several washes—what do you recommend?

Does this happen to you with other clothes? If so, it’s sometimes due to using the wrong amount of detergent: if you use too little, there aren’t enough active ingredients to counteract hard water, which negatively affects the softness of the fibers.
