Can I pay you with a worthless check?

We do not accept checks, regardless of the material they’re made of—whether wood or paper. Why? Because it’s the most commonly counterfeited form of payment in France, and we’d rather not shoot ourselves in the foot. Also, because it creates a lot of extra work for us to receive them, cash them, and so on.
